RENTAL POLICIES
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made (refundable up to 30 days prior your scheduled event)
Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of delivery.
Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard - Visa - Discover - American Express
Delivery
Rates will be applied based on the distance from our warehouse. All rental & delivery fees are based on "to the door" or ground floor deliveries.
Additional fees will apply for difficult access to the delivery site.
Installation
All tent prices include installation and removal. Stake holes in blacktop can be patched for an additional fee.
Long-Term Rentals
Special rates are available for long-term rentals.
Loss or Damage
Missing or damaged items will be charged to the renter.
